The meaning of the name Aviva is spring time or new beginnings and Aviva International Realty was a new beginning for Ted Turowski whose vision was to create a real estate company dedicated to fulfilling its clients needs.

Our Commitment to the Community
Aviva Realty is committed to the principle of working to improve the communities we serve and have begun a scholarship initiative, in which for each transaction closed we will make a contribution to the Take Stock in Children scholorship fund and volunteer as mentors for this outstanding program. Other community involvement: board member of the Flagler County Parks and Recreation committee ,  membership in the Navy League of the United States and president of the Navy League St. Augustine Council.
